Do In
in business, group or individual ???
The Do-in is a set of accupressions techniques, or acupressure, derived from shiatsu. This is a form of self massage that can be practiced everywhere since it does not require undressing.
The Do-in (literally the "energy path") is practiced on acupuncture points placed on the energy meridians that also use shiatsu and acupuncture. The objective is to act on "qi" [tchi] (as in qi gong), which can be translated by vital energy ("ki" in Japanese, as in Aikido).
These techniques can relieve tension very simply.
Do-in brings listening, understanding and self-knowledge.
One session
The duration of a Do-In session lasts approximately 1 hour and can be shortened between 30 and 45 minutes.
Example of techniques used during a session:
Stretches, auto massages, sweeps, percussions, conscious breaths ...
Sessions are adapted so that employees can learn the techniques quickly and use them in everyday life with ease in the workplace.
It is not necessary to be in sportswear, the sessions can be adapted in a meeting room for example.
Quotation and additional information on request.
Options
The Do-in can be paired with a Yoga class.
I also suggest sitting Amma massage followed by a 30-minute individual session of Do-In focused on the tensions of the person. This allows the first time the massed (e) to become fully aware and internalize the benefits of massage and then a second time to learn self massage on sensitive areas that are specific to him.
