Thomas du Réau, I'm 39 years old, I am passionate about the well-being and the techniques allowing the discovery and the development of the self, of its center "the Ki or energy vital for the Japanese people".

I have been practicing Hatha-Yoga for 8 years and I decided to undergo a deep training for 2 years from 2015 to 2017 with Satya Granet, Yoga Acharya member of the FFY, allowing me to obtain my Hatha Yoga practitioner certification. in May 2017. (www.yoga-ayurveda-agde.fr/professeur.html).

Satya Granet from whom I continue my infinite learning of Yoga and whom I thank from the bottom of my heart for his righteous teachings and kindness.

I also practice Aikido for 6 years as well as Do-In (Japanese energy gymnastics), training validated at Xavier Court School allowing me to organize and set up adapted sessions in companies or for individuals (certification September 2018).

I also trained in Amma massage sitting with Isabelle Hubsch (certification January 2019) and deep tissue massage with Lisandrot Maseret and Gabriel Javi Ayurvedic center Ôbanyan (May 2019 certification).

Each person is unique, I have a holistic approach and I adapt these techniques according to your needs in the moment.
